Novo Nordisk Field Safety Notice  -  NovoPen Echo and NovoPen 5

Novo Nordisk A/S has detected that the insulin cartridge holder used in a number of NovoPen Echo and NovoPen 5 batches may crack or break if exposed to certain chemicals in some household products, such as cleaning agent, sunscreen and food grease.  Certain batches are affected and patients are advised to the NovoNordisk Customer Care Line on 0845 600 5055 to check their device and/or to request a replacement.

PPG Walking Club: 

You are very welcome to join our walking group for short walks led by Jeremy Pratt (Qualified Walking Leader).  Walks leave from the surgery - meet in the coffee shop at 10.30 & 11.30 every Tuesday morning.

Saturday and Sunday appointments:

Will be available from the beginning of April to enable you to see a General Practitioner and/or Practice Nurse at the weekend, as well as in the week - see below for more information.

Repeat Prescription Management - the practice is trialing the use of a protocol to process all repeat requests for medication.  For more information go to our Repeat Prescriptions page on the website.
